Long Day

This morning started off as a beautiful day. That is, of course, until after breakfast and it was time to do the yard. It wasn't too bad though (Josh did most of the work). After we got cleaned up, we set up our little three ring pool in the backyard and let Brianna have a little fun. Sean absolutely hates the water so he didn't join her. Then it was nap time (unfortunately not for me) and my Mom and I went to the grocery store. When the bugs woke up we took a trip to the mall and it took so long to walk the top floor we never made it to the bottom floor. We now know that we have to avoid the Disney store until it's time to leave. Brianna wasn't very cooperative after that. I had to carry her out of the store. When we got home, the neighbors were outside and we visited with them for a bit. They have a little girl (Rhianna) who is four months older than Brianna and a little boy (Josh) who is five months older than Sean. How about that for a coincidence? It was another night in battle at dinner time. Brianna has once again refused to eat her dinner. She sat and screamed and sat and screamed for close to two hours. Bribing her with ice cream didn't help either. Finally, we let her get down and put her and Sean to bed. Long day.
